Yes, I1000. So an update. After receiving the error previously mentioned, and closing the updater, the unit continued to update and cycled through a coupled of writing/verifying cycles. It took about an hour but the end result indicated that the updates were successful. I asked the previous owner about what looked to be some I2 files I saw on the unit through the windows file explorer before the update to see if he uploaded them but have yet to hear back. Regardless, those files seem to be gone now with the successful update. The issue now is when I plug the unit into the vehicle, the 'Parameters' option is greyed out - see attached screenshot. Also attached is the xml file and a screenshot of the license status. The previous owner said he paid Diablosport to have the unit reset. I can pm you his name if required so you can verify against your records. Thank you for your assistance.

I know lol but my 6.1 is also very old as am I. I've had a few of these and had a Trinity as well but never used all of the functions. This is fine for what I need on the 6.1. I also have a 6.4 and will buy something newer for that when the time is right.

One more update. I just ran the Igniter tool again and it looked like it found an update and very quickly applied it. Took less than 15 seconds. The only difference between yesterday and today was that the unit now has my vehicle info stored as the last vehicle when selecting Vehicle Info'.

No, the Adjustable Parameters icon is greyed out when plugged into the vehicle - see attached.

On another note, I spoke with the previous owner. He said Diablosport reset the unit back in April or May of 2020 but after the reset to unmarry the unit, the unit did not work on his vehicle and he was told at that time that the unit would not work on a 2009 Charger Daytona 5.7. Is that true?

Thanks
I have attached the file. I don't think it's a DCX. Text of file below. If it is a DCX, that would be ok because I could use it on my 2012 300 6.4 instead of the intended 06 300 6.1.

you wont see the param icon light up until the device is married, once it has saved the stock tune.

Gotcha, it's been awhile since I've used one. So I would select 'Write Vehicle' on the opening screen to start? Appreciate your time so far.

yes, go there and select a tune and let it load it, then go back and look at the param menu.

Thank you for the time you've taken to respond. I was able to load a tune onto my 6.1 and everything seems ok. This unit should work on a 2009 hemi 5.7 though yes?
