Unable to tune 2015 Challenger Rt 5.7L A8

Today I installed a diablosport unlocked 2015 5.7L Challenger PCM, sku PCM-CHALV815 for reference. My P2's s/n is 201199323.

:cry: Below are my woeful attempts at getting a predator 2 to tune this:

1. Installed Ignition software version 1.55.30806.16178
2. Connected P2, says updates are available, updated P2 and connected to challenger
3. followed prompts to put car in run and tune on the P2
3. P2 complains: "Calibration needs to be updated Please Update your tuner"
4. Back to Ignition, says there are 6 update files, prompts to hold okay and reboot the P2.
5. P2 is rebooted and Ignition says update successful
6. Back to the challenger, when I hit tune I get "Processing Supersede File Please Wait"
7. "Updating Transmission File Please Wait..."
8. Turn ignition off
9. After a few resetting messages flash on the P2, I get a turn ignition on (just to run) prompt
9. P2 goes to "Clearing DTCs" and says DTCs successfully cleared.
10. P2 buzzes and reads "Vehicle Communications Error"
11. P2 goes to "resetting tuner". Any attempts to tune again start this entire loop again at step 3, where it says calibration data needs to be updated again.

Taking a look at the history log on the p2, I see the below error when the P2 attempts to update the A8 transmissions
[ERROR],ZF8_Security_Access,4901,Failed to generate level 5 Key

Please advise, as currently I am unable to use the P2 to load any tunes.

Any suggestions on how to move forward?

Not hearing back from the forums or support by email. Is there anything I can do with $1000 worth of paperweights?

Looks like they found a fix, we'll have an update ready for you on Monday that will allow you to tune.

your device was targeted, please update then read the vehicle again, then update again and it should allow you to tune.

I ran the update today and the P2 was able to update the transmission and read the ecm. However, when I attempt to load a tune, the P2 gets to clearing DTC's, but then errors with "Programming Error". Hitting okay here brings it to "resetting tuner" and the cycle begins again.

I've attached the relevant portion of the history log. Please advise.

Just to clarify, the vehicle is behaving properly at this point?

That would be correct. It's running as usual off the modified pcm.

Hello again, as of the last update I was able to successfully tune the vehicle. Looks like everything's running as intended as well. Thank you for your assistance!
