“Loading your vehicle application”
I have an 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I got my preditor 2 for it and updated it then I plugged it in and selected tune and clicked on the car I own now it’s been saying “loading your vehicle application” for at least an hour. What is taking it so long

Thank god someone else is having this problem and I'm not going crazy. I got my new predator 2 platinum yesterday for my '00 dodge ram and it just gets stuck at "loading your vehicle application". I updated the device with ignition when I got it, rebooted and updated again after my first failed attempt, still no luck.

The Platinum is not actually going to work for the 00 model for custom tuning. The canned tunes should however work fine.
Unfortunately we dont offer custom tuning for the pre 04 models.
