P2 - Contact Customer Service

Hi,

I have tried using the phone number provided across the website and your phone do not seem to work.

Trying to review codes - clear them and turn off MDS on my 2012 Ram 1500. Unfortunately I get an error saying I need to contact customer service. Downloaded Ignition and did the update too, still having the same problem.

Please help.
