7120 no tune for CTSV?

So I just got my new Predator 2 tuner for my 2013 CTSV. I do the ignition updater download, register the unit, and it then downloads a bunch of what appear to be Ford tunes. Your device is up-to-date, it is now safe to unplug your device. I go to tune the ctsv, hook up the programmer to the obd2 port, press tune and it shows No application software for this vehicle. Press any key to continue, however the keys don't do anything from that point so I have to unplug the unit. some information from the device itself:

What could be the issue? I just removed it from the packaging this afternoon.

The 7120 is a Platinum for Ford, seems you got the wrong device somehow.

Let me see if it can be converted or if it needs to be swapped out.
