Ok, been at this for a couple of days. You guys must have been closed yesterday, I was 7th in the phone queue, which I gave up on after 2 1/2 hrs. Totally cool if your closed, but the menu clearly indicated otherwise.
Anyways, Predator P2 : 7202 for a Silverado 2018, registered it, etc. etc.. The Ignition app, when it doesn't crash, has been contacting the cloud for a couple of days, waiting for some response I assume. It says it has 4 updates, and then appears to do 1 perhaps, appears locked up for a LONG time and then says it's. been updated . However the screen (I can't post here) says upload failed and the same updates appear to happen over and over but never actually work.

I'm hoping that some automated cloud service is just broken ? first impression, flakey software and process doesn't inspire product or brand confidence.

the server that handles these unlocks went down over the holiday, but is back up and running.
