Got a question yall. Recently purchased my predator tuner and Im currently working on trying to get it installed. following the book i downloaded the update software and went and plugged it into the truck and the device is telling me that there is no application software available for this vehicle. or it will flash me with a this manufacturer is not supported.

Any help is welcome. if i need to give more information let me know. thanks in advance

Has it been previously tuned perhaps?
The tuner s unable to get the VIN as if maybe the pcm is locked?
