Trans tune

My t2 won't allow my tuner to do a trans tune. There aren't 4 folders that pop up for the files, only 2. 14 ram 1500, ive seen other 14 models that had it. I've heard the diablosports were a little funky with the 14 model years, not sure. Any ideas?

Is it an 8 speed?
Our 8 speed TCM support is officially 15+.
There are some 14s that shared cals with 15s and thus are supported but its more of a bonus.

we should be able to downgrade your tcm cal to the AA version which is supported.

Return the truck to stock tune gives a call and ask to force a calibration update to get the tcm updated to add support.
