Runs rough after making adjustments

This has been an intermittent problem for a few months. Sometimes when I make an adjustment to the throttle boost parameter then re-load the tune, the vehicle (2012 Challenger SXT+ with a custom tune for a supercharger) will start and run rough. Sometimes the vehicle will crank for an extended amount of time before it starts, then sometimes it runs rough until the tune (throttle boost parameter) is re-adjusted then reloaded. I've had the tuner review the tune and they can't find any issues.

Would likely need to see the files before and after and maybe a log of it running poorly.

My best suggestion is to ask the tuner to provide another tune or 2 with the throttle table bumped up a little bit so you can just switch tunes as opposed to modifying it yourself.
