TCM not loading

Hey I have a Trinity and a 2017 Charger Scat Pack.
I can upload and install PCMs just fine.
I can upload TCM just fine, it says either loaded or already loaded.
But when I go to put it in the car, it doesnt show anything under the custom tune TCM option.

so you have a custom tcm tune loaded tot he device? But all you can select are the canned tunes for tcm?

I think this is the backup? If not can you tell me how to get it. This is what I gave my tuner to make the custom

its the one in the tunes folder labeled _backup that I need.

the tune you had was for an older cal that the tool had updated.
