An unexpected error message on PC startup

Going back and forth with my tuner, on 6th revision and I try to drag my tune file to my T2 on my PC and a message appeared...tried to remove and restart and the same message appears shortly after USB connection. "An unexpected error has occurred. Please wait while a failure log is created". Have also had similar issues when trying to name logs after a pull...

does the file have a long name or special charachters in the name? post it here and I will try loading it to a device myself.
