Loading gauges error message

I have been getting error messages. When I go to start my car the Trinity T2 turns on and comes up with loading gauges with a white bar at the top of the screen. That will go away but will not show any data on that guages. I have to reboot the unit in order to get any kind of functionality back to the Trinity unit. I have done updates and still have the same exact problem. This is on a 2011 Charger rt.
