Trinity error checking for updates

When I try to check for updates I keep getting an error saying timeout occurred while waiting for an operation to complete. Press CONTINUE to reset. I have reset it 10x now and it still gives the same error. Also when i plug it in to my vehicle it doesn't power up????????????

I was able to get it to update finally but now it keeps saying An error has occurred! A timeout occurred while waiting for an operation to complete. Press Continue to reset the device. ?????????/

something is not right here, please give us a call and we'll troubleshoot it and get it in for repairs if needed.

Im having the same issue, when I try to update with my computer I get a missing web address link...
