Trans tuning issue

Hi all,

I have a 14 Grand Cherokee SRT 6.4 and it has the 8 speed (8hp70) and my T2 can see the trans but the strategy code or software version for the TCM is not supported. Is there any way to get it updated or change to a version that is supported by my T2?

Man, that's not fun. Is it due to the early 8 speed cals? Is there anyway to get the dealer to flash to a different version that is supported?

it is an early 8 speed cal, whether the dealer could apply an update that would make it supported I am not sure.
