Unable to modify parameters

Greetings! It seems that after I installed the Diablo Tune on my 2013 Chrysler 300 Hemi I am unable to modify the tune's parameters, any tune for that matter, it keeps prompting me to customize or install when trying to modify. I haven't encountered this issue before when I was editing my tunes a couple months ago. I did install a few updates from then till now via Update Agent, so maybe an update has something to do with it. Thank you.

Update the device using our update agent and those parameters should come back
