Customer Account Access Issue

Hey friend,
I'm unable to log in to my store account. It says that I input "incorrect password" which I'm pretty sure that the password I normally had for the store is/was the same password that I use for this forum account and I was able to log in the forum on first try. As for the store, after making numerous attempts using my password and attempting to change my password (says I input wrong captcha) a few times I went ahead and made my purchase as a guest. I only purchased a couple of T-shirts this time but I would like to clear this up if possible because if ever I want to make another large purchase like the programmer and unlocked ECU I purchased in the past, I would not want to make the purchase as a guest. Please let me know what I need to do to log into my personal store account when my password is not accepted and the captcha is not accepted when trying to change password.

Im not sure where that account info lives. What is it you need to access by logging in?
