just got predator p2

problem is tried 2 computers, I download software off website,

goes through whole process and then closes.

no icons appear on either PC or programs after install
tried like 5 times

please help

so frustrated

if i connect unit to pc it just opens up random folders that i cannot do anyhting withh

no igniton icon on desktop or the new program updater
