ERROR OCCURRED PLEASE RESET

Just got a T2 9200updated it using Ignition Updater, will not update over wifi says can not reach server. I select diablo tune skip trans section and the select modify and I keep getting an error occurred please reset. Reset and same thing over and over. I can install tune without make modifications to it but I need to adjust tire size and I can not even make it that far. Any suggestions?

I don’t think it’s to funny or comical. Another thing not to funny or comical is spending $600 on something I can’t even use.

it's either your wifi/internet connection, or diablo's update server is offline..

connect it to your Windows PC and use the Ignition Updater app to update it..

I don't like using the wifi on it myself.. I prefer the direct connection, less hassle and less issues..

but if their actual update server is down/offline, then it won't make any difference..

it updated on windows, that was on my MacBook, still getting error when trying to customize tune though.

the attached file should resolve this.

Please restore the stock tune to the vehicle then load this to the T2 drive and let it import it then try the parameters again please.

I sent it back, since I had the 9200 model. I reordered the 9245 with hopes of it working better than this one did. It’s scheduled for delivery tomorrow, so we shall see.
