I don't think I did on this one. I bought a few other products new from you but, not this particular device. I usually make my purchases thru Lew. What are my options?

Well if you bought it within the last year its under warranty. I was curious as I see other users emails tied to this device in the back end.

Give us a call and explain that the installer is missing and we'll set up an rma to send it in for a fix.

I swapped out the device and the new one says "Your Vehicle is Currently not supported" ???? Updated as soon as I got it and it looked like everything went well!!

likely just needs to be updated again.

do that then try tuning, and if not post the new info file at that point please.

I can figure out how to get the file out of it again? And now it does the same thing that the last one did, keeps wanting to read TCM and same errors!! This is getting really frustrating.

use the attach option here to add the info.xml file from the drive called T2

well, it all looks good.
I cant understand why its not letting you select cm tunes.
Any chance you can give us a call with it in the truck so we cn go through t wth you?
