Can’t connect to wifi

I have full bars on my WiFi connection but can’t get the device to connect to WiFi’s at all to check for updates 2010 2500hd 6.0

It's better to use the Update Agent program on your Windows PC/laptop anyway.... there can be issues with using wifi for updates...

the first thing you will need to do is download and install the Update Agent (Ignition Updater) program - this program is used to update your Trinity T2 to the latest updates/fixes -  www.diablosport.com/downloads/

Once that is installed, then connect the Trinity T2 to your computer and let it start up and get to the main screen. 

Then launch/run the Ignition Updater program.  It will search for and find your Trinity T2 and will start downloading any new updates.  The Trinity T2 will install the updates on itself, you may need to reboot it so follow its on-screen instructions -- and when it's done and everything is up to date, the Ignition Updater program will show that your Trinity T2 is now up to date. 

You can find updating info/instructions in the full user manual that is included in the Trinity T2 box you received... There could be a few updates, so it could take a little while...

After all the updating is done... then you can connect it to your vehicle and go to TUNING icon on the main screen... then select TUNING VEHICLE - and select one of the preset tunes -- either the "87 Octane Tune" if you use 87/89 octane gas most of the time, OR the "Diablo Tune" if you're going to use 91/93 octane gas all the time....

Then it should ask you to select a TCM tune for the tranny, so select the "Firm Shift" tune...

Then select Accept & Install to install the tunes, and you're good to go.

My module starts up shows the diablo logo then shuts down and isn’t able to be found

If it will not boot to the main menu please give us a call as it likely needs to come in for repair.
