So I plug in my diablosport and I go in to the tuning and put any tune and it tells me right away that it cannot read the factory data

either a previous tune installed that has locked the ECM/TCM... or something aftermarket installed in the truck that is tapped into ignition wires for power and is blocking communication between the programmer, obd port, ECM/TCM... or a weak/low truck battery....
