I was completely surprised to find out that you guys are closed all weekend, every weekend......being that it sometimes takes forever to get through to somebody, and an already relatively short business day (compared to almost anything else). wouldn't it be beneficial to be open to some extent on saturdays? Even 10-4pm? or at least have someone doing email support so someone has a chance to contact somebody. Because when something isn't working right on your car/truck, and its friday 5:30pm, Monday morning is a lifetime away! and in this day and age nothing takes a lifetime.
still waiting over 2 weeks to have my intune work to any capacity. still need a registry reset key. Why you need to call in is beyond me. Why don't you just provide one inside of each box the intune comes with.......Less calls, less hold times, more people can do it themselves, etc, etc.
