Question about locked Predator u7140

I have a locked predator u7140. If i want it unlocked i noticed its 130 bucks. I have a 06 gt automatic mustang so i know it will work for this car. Also have a JLT 3 cold air intake sitting waiting to be installed.

1. Will i have to unlock it for 130 bucks and then pay some additional money for a tune?
2. If its unlocked will it work with the JLT 3 cold air intake?

trying to decided if i should spend more money and update the tuner or not? thanks

I am fairly certain i would need to software update the tuner and am capable of doing that if i can find the correct downloads. They don't seem to be on the website anymore. thanks for any help

we can provide an updated JLT S3 tune if you unlock it and load the non CAI tune for the octane you wish to run then post the last tune written from the device here.
