was not asking about more support...just asking about 2003 dodge ram 87 tune with 89 octane fuel with 1 deg spark across the board 3% more fuel is that ok

Well, does the truck think it's ok is the question..
The only way to see what the truck is experiencing with air/fuel is to have a wideband installed, or take it to a dyno shop, big hassle, so you can adjust a/f on the fly and know if it's improving conditions or not.
Can you do a log? It will show maybe how close you are to pulling timing.
If, in a couple of logs where your from a dead stop,you go through a couple of wot runs and under STKR and LTKR you don't see any numbers, then you add 2* of timing at a time, untill you see that your starting to pull timing ( you may see numbers like -1.5 or -2.00 or is its bad , -4.00 or more, that's too much.
Do a log first so you can see where your at
But if the a/f is rich all ready, no, 3% fuel is too much to add.
If your pulling timing all ready , 1* spark is too much too
