Installing tune with engine out of truck

My engine is on an engine stand, but is close to being installed.

Will there be any issues with installing my break-in tune with the engine out of the truck - i.e. no input or feed back sensors will be connected to the computer?

I am going out of town and want the engine builder to be able to fire up the truck for initial break-in.

Besides fuel spewing out of the fuel line no. And just remove the fuel pump fuse to fix that!
