CalID not supported?

RE: CalID not supported?
Do you have revision software revision 9R17 install on the Predator? It is stated at the top of the main menu screen.
If not, then update your predator here: http://diablosport.com/index.php?module ... ay&pid=145
You may have a new CALID that needs to be supported in a new revision. Let tech support know if this is the case and they can get the ball rolling on that if it isnt already.

If the update doesnt do it, just for your info,,,,
It COULD be quite a while before the new calids are available for a new revision.
There is a new revision in testing the r19, but I see you have a 7134, I have 7135 same issue. Been waiting a month, so dont be surprised, but dont get upset erither, like I did. Diablo cant predict when Dodge is going to change their calids.
Hard pill to swallow, but thats just the way it is.

I just bought A vortech supercharger for 08 Jeep gc SRT8 ,, but I Can't install the tune I got from Vortech , because the VR7135 does not Support My CALID ( PCM : 05030376AC ). The Dealer Flashed my SRT8 and I Loaded Ver. (9r04) for the VR7135 , and its still the same .. with the same CALID not supported .. Need Help
I have no clue on that one for you, sorry.jim_a_h wrote:I just bought A vortech supercharger for 08 Jeep gc SRT8 ,, but I Can't install the tune I got from Vortech , because the VR7135 does not Support My CALID ( PCM : 05030376AC ). I think you should be contacting Vortech.
1) even if you get the Predator to accept/handle the new calid, I believe you will still need a different tune from Vortech to match it as well.
2) or you need some way to get back to the calid you had. Not sure what the options are there. I'd think maybe Vortech would have a PCM with the right calid they could swap with you?
Too late now but it's a good idea to avoid this by having your service advisor note the work order: "No updates without authorization". Then you can find out what's in the update and if you want it or not.
