PE adj. for 2005 C6 Corvette with auto trans.

Post by justasheet »

My U7191 with the current revision for my 2005 C6 Corvette that is bone stock shows in Redux that the recomm. is to lower the PE for high RPM a -3%. My LTFT's are fine now per Redux after 4 runs and a -5 slope. My question is what about the low RPM PE adj. The Redux says that there isn't enough info and the help file screen shows the same.
Do I only adj. the high RPM -3 or do I adj. them both -3?

Thanks for everything,
Jeff

Thanks. I'm now at -4% on the high RPM PE. I haven't touched the low rpm. I will do another run tomorrow to see if I have the high rpm dialed in.

Guess what? I just bought a Blackwing CAI for my Vette. It will be here in a few days. Will it throw all my numbers off and have to start all over? I was running a stock intake with K&N drop in replacement filters before with those numbers.

I wasn't planing on buying it but it kind of fell into my lap. I guess I'm back to square one? One question and I think I understand what I need to do. I never got any reading on the lower rpm PE adj. for my WOT logs on Redux. Did I do something wrong? Do I adjust the low the same as the high RPM which it gave me a recommendation for?

yep... cool.. so I'm not even gonna look at the logs then... which is good for me, cuz I'm BEAT!! loooong day... hahaha..

yeah, after the CAI install, you'll need to start over with the normal steady driving/cruising logs to get your slope re-adjusted so that you get your ltft's back in range...

Ok, but what about the WOT? Did I do something wrong not to get any info on the low RPM PE? I got the higher rpm recommendation both times. Do I just adjust the high and leave the low? It seems the car was lean on the bottom and rich on the top end.

that will all change when you add the CAI anyway...

and there's probably no low rpm data because you weren't WOT below 2000-2500 rpm

get the CAI installed... put on 50-75 miles and then do a new normal steady driving/cruising log and get your ltft's dialed back in...

THEN do a new WOT log and post it up and we'll go from there....

you don't want to adjust anything else at this point, cuz once you install that CAI, it's all gonna change anyway...
