SRT-4 S2 w/toys not getting all PIDS?

2004 Dodge SRT-4

While talking with another Predator user talking about various PID's to log I came to realize that I didn't have the same PID's available to me as the other fellow.

Under the torque management heading I only have one PID to choose from while he says he has many...

Also it seems I am missing the entire wastegate control heading all together.

I've completely removed and re downloaded the data viewer cause the about heading didn't match what the software download page said the version was, but it seems someone just forgot to update the about page. anyway, i've re-queried the vehicle, i'm not using a dashboard, i've clicked the lightning bolt many times.

Any suggestions? Is this possibly just a difference between PCM's

I believe he is using a S1 pcm and I'm running a box stock installed S2 w/toys setup.

S2 may have a totally different PID list.

As I recall, it is a non emissions PCM, so it will not have lots of the stuff a emissions based PCM needs to have.

yeah I can understand emissions stuff.... but wastegate duty cycles and torque management...

this is the thread we are discussing.

http://www.srtforums.com/forums/f384/pi ... -b-529829/

but specifically talking about these.

Torque Mangment-->
TRQ DESIRED
TURBO TOTAL TRQ DESIRED

Wastgate Control-->
TURBO WG DC
TURBO TRQ POTENTIAL STP
TURBO WG ADAPT DELTA

of the Above 5 parameters I only have the TRQ DESIRED.

Just seems strange to not be able to see some of this stuff...

Try clicking the 'show infrequently used PIDs' option in DV.

Have you tried to stream directly to your laptop and see what pids show up there?

Yeah the Predator only has select few pids, the dataviewer with show infrquently used pids check will open up a world of pids for you.
