Problem with my 7194 and my Z06

ive sent the email to the address you gave me Solid....I really am in a dead end and dont know what to do.....
I did the following:

I created a backup on the predator when it was running the u7194-9t08nl.crom and after it completed the backup it said to reboot the predator and unplug it. Then I started the car and the chack engine light stayed on. I pluged in the DashDAQ tool and wrote something about a PCM processor errorâ€¦.i donâ€™t know what that isâ€¦..

Then I installed on the predator the u7194-9r07.crom and did a backup with it too.

The thing is that with the u7194-9t08nl.crom, as I wrote in the topic, the diablosport tune did not appear and the messegeâ€

i think i messed up badly....the predator now does not recognize the vehicle.....

i hope that i havent done anything to the car

:( i shouldnt be messing with these things

im in a dead end, i dont know.....maybe this was a mistake....

You have to remember to be restoring the stock tune between all these backups you are taking!!

Did you not restore the backup you took with 9r08 before going back to 9r07?

When stuff happens like this on vette's, best bet is to disconnect the battery for a minute and then reconnect and see if she is in a happier state after that.

i did the backups as you told me after each upgrade or downgrade! anyway, i took it back to the 08 state but as i told you it does not let me tune anything and i dont know why!

making new copies of the original backup stored in the predator is different than restoring the original backup to the car...

before you changed/updated the predator crom revisions, did you "restore original backup" to your car first????

also, did you try disconnecting the battery cable for a few minutes as johan suggested??

the car works but the predator does not let me to tune anything...its says that it was able to store an original backup but then it reboots....

If the car is fine now, please call our tech guys and have them reset that tool for as it is in a weird state, i would suggest not plugging it into the vehicle and attempting to do anything before you get it reset.
If the tech guys question this, just point them to this forum post.

Manoils, i would highly recommend that you bring your car to the dealer and have your cal updated, the cal that you have is VERY old and the newer updates that are available for it are pretty important.
*12614682 0000DB13 - New software contains diagnostics enhancement for DTC P0128 and DTC P0507. Also addresses battery drain.
*12605732 0000793A - New software to ensure proper catalyst monitoring.
*12605196 N/A - New software to eliminate erroneous "Max speed 158 mph" DIC message.
If you where to do this then the NL version will work no problem with your vehicle.

You mean to take it to the Corvette here in Greece and tell them to update the cars ECM to the latest update if i understood correctly?

yes, correct... go to your corvette/GM dealer, and have them update the ECM with the latest GM programming...
