Hi,
we have a Programmer, 6.0L Powerstroke - on the screen it says to contact the Technical Support - and a Calid Code came up
Calid # APZ2AH00

Can you help us?

What is the revision on the Predator?
Has the truck recently been to the dealer?

This was previously in a different '04 Ford truck that was sold, and is now in our new '04 Ford.
It now will not allow us to download either.

At the main menu where it says PERFORMANCE, DIAGNOSTICS, OPTIONS at the top there is a software revision ie. Predator 7r34c .. what does your predator say?

Underneath the Calid number these 2 codes appeared:
vxAP1A4. HEX
TQAT0QA. HEX

Please update that predator. You need to update to r10 then to r17. This will take care of any unsupported calibration issues. Newer tunes then previous r80
