Predator help

I just recieved my tune from JLP but the predator says the file is not recognized. I have updated my predator with the most current version. I have sent my original tune to the computer and tried to download my new custom tune... NO LUCK. the predator downloader said it was successful but the predator says the file is not recognized.. both the tuner and diablo are closed on the weekend and i can't get any support???? Does anyone know what the cause could be?

Before any post please read the sticky at the top of the forum. In order for us to give the best tech support to our customers we will need to know which application (predator part#) that you are using and the revision of the software on the predator.
