Need Tune for Ford Lightning

I bought a U1758 for the Ford Lightning, after uploading the 91 Performance Tune there was barely any change to the truck's performance, except for dropping my fuel mileage instead of increasing it. I bought this for some overall performance increase but mostly for an increase in gas mileage, can someone help me out?
