Thanks for the info, I think I understand what you are saying and it makes sense. I really don't know why Chrysler would keep updating their own firmware unless their is some sort of bug or flaw in their programming, its nuts. I will hold tight and let let these boys work their magic as the season here in upstate NY will be a changing and the 300 will go into hibernation for the winter

Exactly. They are either enhancements they wanted in the programming that they didn't get in in time and/or bug fixes for what's there now. Nothing is ever perfect the first time. Trust me. I'm a software developer, and you can spend your whole life trying to make something perfect before it's released. Al that will get you is something that never gets released. It's quite complex, and I can understand little flaws (none that would actually stop the car from working hopefully) being released, and enhancements being wanted to make the vehicles run better. Not even so the average driver would ever notice, just perhaps for longevity or reliability

Did you check the link posted right above you where the update has been posted for a week or so?
