hey there...

don't really do the dodge's and fords, cuz their stuff is totally different from GM's... heh... including the logging parameters...

however, after taking a quick look at your log, you have a LOT of knock retard...

the column of data for KNK MAX TOTAL RETARD goes from 6* of knock retard all the way up to 15* of knock retard! OUCH!!

this is why when you tune a vehicle, you need to really do it in the summer time, when it's the warmest/hottest weather for your area where you'll be driving in...

because, during the colder winter weather, you will be able to run with more timing/spark advance than when it's hot out... so then when summer weather hits, you run into this exact scenario... way too much timing...

so now it will run like crap and you'll have a TON of knock/retard... which accounts for your power loss that you're experiencing...

you need to have that thing re-tuned, and do it in the warmer/hotter weather...

noooo... don't add timing... you already have too much timing in there...

start with pulling out/removing about 3* and see what that does..

eh, the knock is still the same....

so, I'm not sure what parameter to check or what your settings affect man...

like I say, I'm a GM guy, and the dodge/chrysler and ford stuff is totally different...

sell it and get a GM vehicle...

I would add different PID to your Log. Did i get this right that a cop nailed you while datalogging???
Engine coolant temp; Base Timing; Spark advance Cyl 1; Map vacuum; Engine RPM; Vehicle Speed; Throttle pposition %; P-Ratio; Ambient Temp; Intake Temperature; Knock Long Term; knock Short Term;

These PID will help explain almost a complete story.
Also Fuel Trims if you are sending your log to your "Tuner".

Holy crap! that could be more than an "ouch!" (didn't look at the logs). Here's the max timing the 5.7 pcm will pull in response to knock. If that doesn't handle it then what's left is sustained detonation...

Max timing pulled in response to knock detection:
Stock 5.7L
RPM deg pulled ST and LT combined
6000 5
5200 7
4800 9
4000 10
3600 10
3000 12
2000 12
1200 15
600 15
2006 Magnum SRT8
AFE Stage II
Mopar Cat Back
185* T-stat
