Diablo Tune Question

This may be obvious, but want to be sure - when you are in the Diablo Tune mode and have modified some of the parameters (e.g., fan settings, COT on/off, etc.) "Reset ALL Paramenters" will reset the parameters to the Diablo Tune original settings, not factory - correct?

yes, correct... will reset the diablo tune parameters back to their default settings.
