Ok, I have encountered the same issues as others... I have a '06 Chrysler 300 SRT8. I bought Preditor Friday 9/18/09, connected to vehicle... Vehicle needs update.
I bought USB-Serial cable... no driver is available... I have looked all through the forum and cannot find a driver that will load. I have used every USB port on my CPU. So, I have gone to the download here: diablosport.com/dcx Calid 05030232AD S/N 900714e v. 9r18 Hardware Unici_Rev2

Passed Bus test.
The problem is finding a driver for the USB-Serial cable... Perditor is not coming on and is not recognized.
So, what might be next ???

I decided to go with my laptop... It has Windows XP and it finally worked... Vista has issues... I think that DiabloSport needs to upgrade their Preditor to USB only and not serial... old technology and look to work better with Vista and soon Windows 7.
