I will do that & post my diablo tune to get a custom tune right ?

you need to restore original backup to your car...

then update the predator with the new crom revision update...

then install the new diablo tune to your car...

when that install process is completely done, disconnect the predator and start up your car for a few seconds, then shut it off...

then follow these instructions on how to make a copy of the diablo tune from your car into the predator, then save it to your PC:

1. With your predator hooked up to your vehicle's OBDII port, and the car key is turned into the same ON position as if you were going to install a tune, go to OPTIONS > CUSTOM TUNE > READ EXTRA TUNE. -- This will copy the diablo preset tune from the car into the predator. -- You MUST do this step before you will be able to export the extra tune from the Predator to your PC!

Once that copy process is done, press the ESC button until you are back at the main menu, and then you can unplug your predator from the OBD port.

2. Make sure you have installed the GMLS2InterfaceInstaller app on your PC.

3. then hook up your predator to your PC

4. then after the predator boots up, go to OPTIONS > CUSTOM TUNE > EXPORT TUNE > EXTRA TUNE -- the predator will start the transfer process of copying the tune file to your PC, and will pause at 5%

5. start up the GMLS2InterfaceInstaller app (the E40 Interface app)

6. click the GET FILE button - it will give you a popup window to select where to save the file, and the option to change the filename. Enter that info and click OK. then it will tell you to start the xmodem transfer process before clicking ok - we already did that with the predator - so just click OK.

7. the copy process will begin and it will copy the tune to your PC to the location you selected. When it's done, it will give you a popup saying Download Completed OK.

8. Then, post up that tune file here in the forum.

The 9r07 is installed & this is the extra tune fil.
Mods on the car :
-Kooks LT offroad pipe.
-Vararam cold air.
-Wild2Mild exhaust control.

P.S : Still says cannot modify tune.
Delete rear O2's.

something about this file is corrupt.

sorry for the hassle, but what you ought to do is restore the stock tune to the car, update to the latest beta crom in the stickies, and then post the new backup file here using dsdownloader.

I allready updated to v.9r07 ! so i have to get the v.9r08 & post the new extra tune file backup not the stock backup right ?

Hi I did update to 9r08 & now it says (your calibration is not currently supported)

no, leave 9r08, let it do the factory hp tune, and then it will save the backup file, send that to me...

With crom 9t09e my 08 C6 Z06 is finally workinf to modify diablo tune!!!

One question now.

I have just "cold air intake" Halltech killer bee and beehive and diablo tune.

A friend of me tell me

" I can definitely help you out man. when you turn on the predator go to the "diablo tune" click on it, and then click on "modify tune". once your in there you can turn the CAGS off, turn your fans on at 192 degrees to 214 degrees. i have them at 99.98 percent for the temps in between 192-214 degrees.

you should also go to the "power enrichment" area, and go -6 lean from 4-7k rpms , and -1 lean from 2-3.8k rpms. your AFR should be around 12.5-12.7 because the stock diablo tune is 11.9 AFR. then go to the "spark calibration" area and only modify 2-3.8k rpms to 2 advance, and the 4-7k rpms to 4 advance. you should be good to go after that.

Me with just a k&n intake and the modified diablo tune. i was able to hold off a single turbo 03 cobra pushing 630rwhp from 100km to 240km, so it WORKS let me know if it makes a difference, and get it on the dyno for a before and after results."

I tried this setup and WOW

it was incredible power!!!

Is it safe and do you think it's the best modifications?

PE adjustment will come later. That is your WOT fueling. Like Lew said, you need to get LTFTs (part throttle fueling) set up first. Since you spend most of your time at part throttle and yes part throttle effects WOT. Step by step and be patient, don't rush the process.

I installed the 9t09h crom & installed the diablo tune,but it doesnt show read extra tune on the option so this is the stock back up i dont know if this is ok or i have to do something else.Please let me know.
