U7164 9r11 Update Shifting hard, poor throttle response?

I loaded the new crom 9r11 and I am still having shifting hard problems and poor throttle response on Extreme(I guess I should of kept the custom tune you sent me?) Can you send me another custome tune for extreme?

Ok arts, yea the reason you might still be having trouble in the update don't apply to you, your k30, ill knock you out a custom in a few minutes here (check your email in a bit)

depending on if the tunes are running well or not. If you aren't having a problem, you dont NEED to update, its just for a select amount of cals that were having issues.

Don, I tried the custome tune, my throttle response is still a little poor? Shifting is still a bit hard! And when the truck lugs a little in OD (like passing a car without shifting down 1/2 throttle) it jerks back and forth?
