arts, start by clearing all pcm and tcm codes. The trans may need to relearn its shifting procedure as its quite a change from the stock tune to the tune i sent you, drive it hard and let it try and relearn.The shuttering may be tune related, however i haven't seen that issue come up at all for these trucks. The poor throttle response is hard to dtich on these trucks as the dpf builds up quite a bit of back pressure on the turbine which slows spool times down by quite a bit, i have fuel ramped in like most diesels of yester year but you need to be careful as this will obviously produce more soot aka more regen, so i couldn't go too crazy with it.
