brake light/tire size adjustment

Ok my brake light has been on ever since i put the 33 inch tires on and adjusted the predator for 33 inch tires and no luck so which way do i go now up or down in size?

also, it may be best to do a circumference measurement and then calculate back to diameter by dividing the circumference by pie (3.14)
