do you have the tune files copied out of the car and predator??? you need a copy of the original backup tune file, and also a copy of the diablo tune that's installed in the car... on that revision predator you have, it's called the "extra tune"... you need to hook up to the car with the predator to "read extra tune" from the car's ecm...

instructions on how to do all that can be found here:

http://diablosport.com/index.php?name=P ... pic&t=6547

instructions for your slp revision predator are right in the first section titled:

"FOR U7194 rev. 9R07 OR LESS - AND - U7191 rev. 9R02 OR LESS"

so get that file copied outta the car and then exported from the predator to your pc... and then also export the original backup tune file from the predator to your pc....

now, which version of CMR do you have?? the newest 4700 version CMR will not work with .lan tune files.

you'll need to have version 4.4.7.1 to work with the .lan tune files you'll have.

======================

once you verify you have the correct 4.4.7.1 version, start it up...

you'll get a login screen - so login with your user credentials...

then you'll get a popup window with a long list of templates - so that you can select the correct GM template for the tune files...

for your 06 GTO, the correct template you need to select is 2006 Software CAN

after you select the template, you'll get another window to select the tune files...

top tune file is the one you'll be able to edit - so select the "extra tune" file that you had saved to your pc....

the bottom tune file is the base file that you can compare against... so select the original backup tune file for that one... then select OK and it will open up the tune file in the editor window...
