2007 Mustang GT, crom updates

I bought my predator 2 years ago and havent done the most updates since I bought it. I know there have been some changes to them that I dont like ( ability to turn off O2 sensors because I have off-road pipes), but what can I do to keep that capabilities. Is there a way to have a tune sent to me via email that will include the parameter changes so I can maintain my currently user friendly capabilties?

my car was also missfiring a couple days ago (very briefly about 2 miles and then went away, maybe bad gas) and I expected to have some codes in the computer system, but nothing showed up when I did a diagnostic scan. I have the O2s shut off, are those more important to reading lean conditions for the OBDII system to show me anything?
