Dodge & Chrysler CMR - login failed

Hi,

This my first time to use the CMR.

I have the DCX CMR

When i open the software i receive a dialog says
((The copy of chip master revolution is not registered, We are now going to attempt to log you to diablosport website and validate this copy of the software, I f web validation fails please contact diablosport to receive a validation key,The hardware ID of this computer xxxxxxxx, the number is requiered to generate a valid key))

When i press OK it shows me that ((Login failed))

Then ((registration failed please contact diablosport)) then the software closed it self

Is this normal??

I sent an email to diablosport to request the validation key, what should i do then??
