So, ever since i got my Trinity for my 2010 Camaro SS, about once a week, the computer just goes haywire! What happens is the speedometer starts to jump up and down, then the check engine & traction control light comes on, then the auto trans does not shit gears even when in manual mode, and when i brake i get an initial sudden stop from something and then it slowly brakes. When i pull over to check the engine codes here is what i get:
P1133 & P1153: These did not start until after installing my headers & hi-flow cats and having the the O2 fix tune installed. I haven't adjusted PE at WOT yet.
P0575
P0700
P0856
U0073
U0101
U0109
U0121
After clearing the codes, the car runs normal again. but it never had this problem until after installing the first tune.
I've attached my backup and last tune written files in case you need them to determine the problem.

RE: Continuing to Have Problems with my Tune!
So over the weekend i did a lot of driving to diagnose the problem. Here's what i found:
1) I'm only getting the "fuel trim running too lean" codes under hard acceleration (WOT), so I think the problem resides in the Power Enrichment. I tested the injector slope by turning it to -2... my last log showed it should be +1, and the codes didn't pop up at all while i was cruising this weekend, but right when i stomp on it they pop up, so i'm going to work on my WOT logs all week to see if adjusting the Power Enrichment helps any. 06MonteSS, if you have any insight about this, i'll appreciate it!
2) All the other codes and the wacky reactions i'm getting from the car seem to only occur when i have my Trinity plugged in and i'm monitoring with it. Friday i had it off and when i plugged it in to clear my engine codes i turned it to monitor to watch my a/f ratio. After a couple of minutes the speedo started to jump up and down which is the first thing it starts doing. So i just unplugged the darn thing and guess what, it stopped! i left it unplugged all weekend and it didn't act silly at all! So i think the problem resides either in my tool or the crom update. however this problem has been occuring since the first tune i wrote to the car and everytime i'm monitoring with it. so from now on i'm going to leave it unplugged to see if i get any wierd reactions from the car the next few weeks. Mike, if you have any insight about this, i'll appreciate it!
I guess adding performance mods like intake and headers can't make the car faster without anger and frustration of tuning it correctly!!! Thank god i got a programmer, or else i'd be spending loads of $$$ on dyno tunes!

RE: Continuing to Have Problems with my Tune!
I guess i'm just talking to myself on this thread but oh wel, lol!
Anyways... Solved the too lean problem. i increased the WOT PE 1% across the board and so far no check engine light. will calibrate the fueling with DSLogRedux after i break it in a little more.
Solved the crazy computer malfunction. it's only occuring when my tool is plugged into the OBD2 port and i am using the monitoring function. i have had it unplugged everyday this week and no problems!
Mike, i wonder if there is anything you guys can do to solve this problem with the next crom update. am i the only one reporting this issue?

RE: Continuing to Have Problems with my Tune!
just got done dialing in my fueling. changed my injector slope to -2% and WOT PEs to 1% rich and i can tell a major difference in the performance and in the tone of the car! When i first installed my headers the car sounded like an angry bull gasping for air b/c it was running too lean... now it sounds like the hulk on steroids!!!
keeping the trinity unplugged and still no check engine light!
