What am I doing wrong?

I cant get my SLP Predator 7199 to show anything on dataviewer. Everytime I do a log and plug it into my computer I get "An unexpected error has occurred". Any ideas? I have downloaded the revision for it (v.9r02). Car is an 04 GTO. Thanks!!

post or paste the "runtime.txt" from My Documents\DataViewer folder after you close DataViewer.

Found out what it was..... Cant use Vista. Hooked up my old XP laptop and everything works fine. Thanks!

Yep! Vista presents problems with accessing Serial/USB ports when running with a restricted user account. See the DataViewer FAQ re: "I have Windows Vista", for possible work-arounds:
