Estimated Hp and mileage

What would be the best way if any to monitor Hp gains and fuel consumption using the trinity?
Btw i just installed the 93 oct tune on my 06 mustang gt, made a noticeable difference in Hp as well as torque.

Dyno for horsepower. Fuelly.com for mileage.

Aren't there any PIDs on the trinity that i can use to get an idea or an estimate of performance or mileage?

Use the Trinitys 1/4 mile simulator to check trap speed fir improvements, thats the best way to see power gains.
