OK, got my Trinity 1000 all hooked up to my 2009 Challenger SRT8, 6 speed.
Installed a Octane 91 CAI tune. Seemed to install OK, as that's what it said.
So what exactly did I "install"? What specifically got "changed"?
The one thing I wanted to do was disable the 1-4 shift, but nowhere in the menu under "modify tune" could I find it.
I drove the car and as near as I can tell it is no longer working, although it seems when you really try to get it to activate, you can't.
But at any rate, was disabling that a part of the tune I put on the car?
Also the places I buy gas shows the top grade as 92 octane. So did I pick the right one with 91 or could I have gone with the 93 as there was one with the CAI? I have the Mopar Performance CAI and Mopar Performance exhaust system (made by Corsa) installed on the car.
What's in a Trinity "tune"

RE: What
the 1-4 skip shift is disabled inthe tune.
The tunes alter timing/fueling/throttle control and make changes to the torque management settings to name a few.
