Air Fuel and Knk - '06 Ram

I recently purchased a U7137 for my 2006 Ram 1500 w/ 5.7L Hemi. First off I want to say what a great product, I have sold and used various other programmers and piggy back style chips and by far this is the most impressive. I have had it now for about a month and now that I feel I have a bacic understanding of how the date veiwer works and it features and I am now interested in figurering out the WOT Fuel and WOT Spark.

I did some date logging yesterday and I saw some stuff that concerned me a little bit.

First Run (0-100mph) Was Stock Tune w/MDS Turned Off, Tire Size Corrected, 91 Octance Fuel, Outside Temp Approx. 73 Degrees.
I was getting an air fuel mixture that dropped down to 11.10 and a short term KNK retard of 2.5 and no long term during the run.

Second Run (0-100mph) Was 91 Tune w/ MDS Turned Off, Tire Size Corrected, 91 Octane Feul, Outside Temp Approx. 71 Degrees.
Once again the air fuel mixture dropped down to 10.79 and I had a lot of short term KNK retard up to 4.0(until I hit 83mph and all KNK went away), up this point the KNK retard jumped around the ranges of .5 to 2.5 and it hit 4.0 just after take off.

Later on that evening I did some modifying the the WOT fuel
1k-3.8K + 1.5%
4k-4.8k + 2.0%
5k-7.0k + 2.0%
