Unable to Read Vehicle Information.

I have a 2007 Ford F250 with the U7165 programmer and I put the original back -up back on the truck before it went to the dealer, now when i try to re-install the tune, it reads "Unable to read vehicle information. Please make sure the vehicle is on. (2)"
What do i do?

I tried to save the latest update to my computer, but it does not know what program to use to open a crom.

How do I do that?

Under the SUPPORT column at the top of the page, select downloads, then get the latest crom for your programmer. Then READ on how to update your programmer. If you do not have the required cables etc. then go out and buy them. This way you will be able to update your programmer whenever you wish.

You need the latest DS Downloader which is on the downloads page along with everything else you will need.
