I had my LTFTs on my LS2 Corvette set at 1 before I installed a ported FAST 92 intake. I took a new log and now the LTFTs are about 5% off. This sound about right? It seems right to me, the LTFTs went up about 4% requiring a trim down of 5%, or pump more fuel into the injectors due to the improved air flow.
Or do I need to adjust down 5% PLUS what I already adjusted to get to the 1% prior to installing the manifold?

since your first injector slope setting is still in the tune, and now your ltft's are off and it's telling you that you need to go -5% on your slope, then that is in addition to the current setting...
so, for example, if your slope setting is already to -3%, and now you need to go another -5%, then the slope adjustment on the predator will need to be set to a total of -8%...
what is your current injector slope adjustment set at?

Thats what I thought, I am trying to retreive the csv for my current tune. Its probably about -4 or so. I guess if I cannot find it, I should restore the factory tune and run a log from that? Or should I do a Diablotune and run a log?06MonteSS wrote:since your first injector slope setting is still in the tune, and now your ltft's are off and it's telling you that you need to go -5% on your slope, then that is in addition to the current setting...

noooo... you always want to do the logs with the tune you're gong to be using and have installed in the car...
so, keep the diablo tune in there, since that's what you'll be driving on anyway... that's the tune you need to do the data logs with...

Hi MonteSS
I come from switzerland and i read your toutrial, first a big praise to you and Lewis for the really great work.
Now i have adjustement my injector slope and my cars running good. Whats the next step to get all hps out of my engine? WOT?
For the records i use my notebook and record the data with the Dataviewer. And another question, do i shorted my lifespan of my engine with this tune?
